Option 1 – ALCANTARA DAY TOUR

DAY 1 – AS STATED IN LENÇÓIS MARANHENSES PROGRAM

DAY 2 – SÃO LUÍS / ALCÂNTARA / SÃO LUÍS (BL)
After breakfast, depart in regular boat to Alcântara (1 hour approximately). The village keeps old houses and ruines from times that it was one of the most riches villages of the Imperial Era. Arriving there, explanation about the village History. Stop for lunch (included). Return to São Luís on time to the regular boat (it can varies because of the tide). Transfer to the Hotel in São Luís. Overnight in São Luís.

DAY 3 – FOLLOWS LENÇÓIS MARANHENSES PROGRAM ON DAY 2

Option 2 – ALCANTARA OVERNIGHT TOUR

DAY 1 – AS STATED IN LENÇÓIS MARANHENSES PROGRAM

DAY 2 – SÃO LUÍS / ALCÂNTARA (BL)
After breakfast, depart in regular boat to Alcântara (1 hour approximately). The village keeps old houses and ruines from times that it was one of the most rich villages from the Imperial Era. Arriving there, explanation about the village History. Stop for lunch (included). After lunch, depart for a tour in a small local fishing boat where it will be possible to contemplate the “guarás” flock. (guará is a kind of red bird). Return in the end of the afternoon. Village tour to know its main attractives. Stop for dinner (not included) and transfer to Pousada dos Guarás. Overnight in Alcântara.

DAY 3 – ALCÂNTARA / SÃO LUÍS (B)
After breakfast, visit to the Historical and Cultural Museums and the Casa Histórica (Historic House). After that, depart for a desert beach to enjoy the end of the morning. Return to lunch or snack in Pousada (not included) and return to São Luís on time to the regular boat to (it can varies because of the tide). Transfer to the Hotel in São Luís. Overnight in São Luís.
